Three people, one Python script, and a stubborn idea.
TEELS is a small, founder-run company about a year old. We're in private beta with energy consultants and getting ready for a wider launch.
It started about a year ago, with Roman — an energy consultant who was tired of Excel. He wrote a Python script that turned 15-minute meter data into a client PDF. It worked, but it took twenty minutes to render, and another twenty whenever a customer asked a follow-up. He wanted something interactive: click a week, see a week. Click a meter, get a report.

Roman showed the script to Philipp, who said yes that same weekend. Ray believed the two of them could turn it into something real and put weight behind it. A year later, the three of us still design it, build it, and answer the support email.
